(1) If the road license is lost, torn, falsified or lost due to any other reason, the owner or manager of the vehicle must submit an application for a copy of the road license to the relevant authority within seven days from the date of occurrence. > (2) Upon the application made under sub-section (1), the authorized officer shall give a copy of the road license to the applicant after conducting the necessary investigation. (3) In accordance with sub-section (2), the authorized officer shall give the notification that the copy of the road license has been issued to the concerned police office.
